1. Restocking Fees:

              – A restocking fee of 15% applies to all custom wheel returns.

             – For all other parts, a restocking fee of 10% is applicable.

2. Time Limit for Returns:

             – All returns must be initiated within a 60-day period from the date of purchase.

3. Direct Orders from Warp 9:

              – Please note that this return policy only applies to products ordered directly from Warp 9. If you purchased our products through one of our authorized dealers, please contact the dealer for their return policy.

4. Product Condition and Packaging:

              – The product must be in new, unused condition. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or use that would affect its resale value.

              – The product must be returned in its original packaging. Please ensure that all included accessories, documentation, and parts are also included.

5. Custom Wheel Orders:

              – Any changes or modifications requested for custom wheel orders after 24 hours from the time of purchase may incur an additional fee.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process:

         – Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
