MX/Offroad 1-1/8" Tapped Handlebars

No more worrying about plugs pulling out or spinning during crashes; our robust design ensures you're good to go, even when you encounter obstacles. Not using hand guards? No problem we got you covered! Each set of handlebars comes with aluminum grip guards and stainless bolts, offering protection for your grips and delicate throttle tube in case of a get-off. Designed with an oversized 1-1/8 inch (28.6mm) clamping diameter that tapers down to 7/8 inch (22.2mm) to accommodate standard controls. Crafted from 7010 T6 aluminum tubing and featuring computer-extruded variable wall thickness, they effectively reduce vibration while enhancing overall performance and comfort.

Grips for gas bikes: ODI Half-Waffle V2 Lock-On Grips or ODI Emig 2.0 V2 Lock-On Grips. Both come with a throttle tube and cams for most MX bikes.

Grips for e-motos (Ultra Bee, Stark Varg, Komodo and others): ODI Universal Lock-On Half-Waffle Grips. The V2 grips above do not fit e-moto throttles.

How we measure our bars

The letters match the diagram and the spec table. Sizes are in millimeters, with inches underneath rounded to the nearest 1/8 inch for checking with a tape measure.

• Ø Bar diameter – 1-1/8 in (28.6 mm) where the bar mounts clamp, tapering to 7/8 in (22.2 mm) at the controls.
• A Width – from one bar end to the other.
• B Height – straight up from the center of the clamp area to the center of the bar end.
• C Rise – straight up from the center of the clamp area to the top bend, where the grip section starts.
• D Clamp area width – the straight center section between the two lower bends, where your bar mounts clamp.
• E Sweep (pullback) – seen from above, how far back the bar ends sit from the clamp. Rolling the bar back in the mounts adds sweep, rolling it forward takes some away.
