Warp 9 teamed up with FastAce to take the Gravitee AHX12RVP fork to the next level.
We started with an already capable fork platform and upgraded it with custom valving, a 60 lb spring rate, and premium 5wt Motul synthetic oil. This setup is specifically tuned for aggressive riders in the 175–220 lb rider weight range, delivering improved control, stability, and bottoming resistance across demanding terrain.
FastAce AHX12RVP Fork Features
The new 12RVP introduces a wide range of upgrades over the previous 12RV model:
- Topside preload adjuster
- Topside rebound adjuster
- Air bleeders on both fork caps
- NAK double-lip seals and wipers for reduced stiction and improved sealing performance
- Custom laser etching for easy ride-height reference
- Massive 37mm lower stanchions designed to handle serious abuse
- 18-step high- and low-speed compression damping adjustment
- Brake mounts designed for MTB-style 75mm bolt spacing
- Includes brake brackets for 203mm and 220mm rotors

Increased Tire Clearance
The 20mm wider clamp design allows clearance for 90-width tires and provides additional upper tube clearance during full compression. Perfect for Supermoto conversions and wider tire setups.
Drop Crown Design
The innovative drop crown allows the fork tubes to sit lower than stock, helping restore factory steering geometry and head angles. This design also eliminates the need for a separate steer lock system.
Adjustable Bar Mounts
Multiple mounting positions allow up to 10mm of forward or rearward bar adjustment so riders can fine-tune ergonomics and cockpit feel.
Threaded Top Nut System
Features a motorcycle-style threaded top nut to maintain proper headset bearing preload and prevent loosening during aggressive riding. ( no Steerlock is needed )
